My passion for fitness comes from my youth being so active consistently moving I believe I inherited that from my dad! “Who was either always up early for work or out being an outdoors person always found something to do or somewhere to go he could never sit still!”

Also my interest in sport from playing football, hockey, basketball, and softball growing up. I’ve always had the mentality that I should be fit to play sports rather than play sports to be fit. That driving force along with my genetic ability allowed me to excel at sports and fitness performance. Unfortunately, years ago due to niggling knee and ankle injuries I wasn’t able to play sports at a high level. Not being able to play sports, especially football anymore left an extremely large void in my life that needed to be filled as I have always lived for fitness and health. I have always been a keen gym-goer, always love the aspect of pushing myself allowing myself to improve to get better, physically and mentally which allowed me to channel that energy and passion into completing my qualifications as a fitness manager and personal trainer, leading to creating D.O.BF1tnes with the sole goal of helping as many people achieve their health, fitness or weight loss goals.

Through D.O.BF1tness, I can use my qualification, knowledge, experience, and training, combined with some creativity, to provide an all-around fitness service that is designed to keep you motivated and achieve results. It is important to know that I am confident in my ability which has helped me implement creative and versatile training methods. Dedicated to my clients, I offer guidance on reaching set goals and getting results. By giving my client the knowledge, motivation, and determination to keep positive and training, I believe that any client can truly succeed no matter the level of fitness or strength.

My family, beautiful kids plus helping my clients gain results which motivates me. I love training and helping others to achieve their health, fitness or weight loss goals then seeing clients smile, boosting with confidence that’s what drives me every day.

  • Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
  • Fitness Instructor – Level 2.
  • Personal Trainer – Level 3.
